Congratulations to Chris Brown on being this month’s Member Spotlight! Chris is usually training mid-morning with his wife, Nichole. Chris and Nicole are owners of a small-business downtown. If you enjoy a great atmosphere, drinks, and hospitality you can find them at The MudLounge! Since starting 7 months ago, Chris has been very consistent, 3-4 workouts per week. He has also made small changes in his diet and it has paid off with some great results! To date, Chris has lost 13 pounds and dropped 3% in his body composition!
What did you do before joining MTS in regards to working out?
Sporadically worked out at the YMCA.

How is MTS different from other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
It’s a positive group program that individually focuses on everyones needs. Both free weights & cardio mixed.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
Having a trainer holds me accountable to regularly workout. Both weight loss & muscle gains have been positive.

Take it easy, communicate with your trainers. Stay the course.
