Congratulations to Dave Raridon for being October’s Athlete of the Month!!! Dave has been with us for about 2 years now and has continued to really work on a healthier lifestyle. His dedication in the gym and yoga has led to dramatic weight loss and increased muscle tone. Dave frequents MTS mid morning, 4-5 days per week. He works hard to get big and pays close attention to proper form. If you ever speak with Dave you know he is a dedicated father and loves his daughter and son very much. He is extremely passionate about our new equipment purchase, the Titan bars and loves keeping Andy and myself on our toes. Glad to have him as part of the MTS team!!
