Jacob Thomas
Congratulations to Dr. Jake Thomas for being voted February’s Athlete of the Month!! Jake is married with two children and is a Doctor of Ophthalmology for Mattax Neu Prater. He has trained with MTS for a little over a year and really focused on being more healthy the last 6 months. Balancing a hectic surgery schedule and having an infant and toddler is not easy for anyone. Jake makes time in his schedule to get his workouts completed and has tweaked his eating habits. Making better choices nutritionally has been monumental for him and allowed him to drop 11 pounds and decrease his body fat by2% in the last 60 days. He is 10 pounds away from his goal weight and we have no doubt that whether he gets to that number or not, he’s not only healthier for himself but for his in wife, kids, and patients!!
