Congratulations to Payton Polino for being October’s Athlete of the Month!! In the short time Payton has been with us she has come a very long way! She has dropped her body fat percentage significantly and has toned her physique. She has done so while attending MSU (studying psychology) along with a crazy sorority (Sigma Kappa) schedule. Payton brings a great attitude to the gym whether she acted like a typical college student the night before or not. She makes training a priority even on her busiest of days and has a great outlook and balance on nutrition as well.
What did you do before joining MTS in regards to working out?
Would go to the gym & do only cardio & just a few sets of abs.
How long have you been with MTS?
What’s your favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
Anything outside: cardio, warm up, even a sled push I suppose.
What’s your least favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
I now work on muscles that I used to never work on.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
The trainers keep me accountable to show up & make the workouts fun 🙂

It’s scary to show up at first, but after just one week it became something I looked forward to.
