Congratulations to Bryce Boswell for being August’s Athlete of the Month!! Bryce is a sophomore at Drury and plays first base for the Drury Panther Baseball team. We have been training Bryce since he was a junior at Stafford High. Following his freshman season at Drury he came to us with goals of increasing strength and power. He also wanted to gain body weight and add additional mass, which he has done. We have no doubt that Bryce will have a great sophomore year and his dedication and hard work in the gym will pay big dividends. Good luck Bryce and continued success!!

Worked out at Drury with baseball team.

Anything that gets me swole.

How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
Working with trainers is more personal, really held accountable to vive max effort every day.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
Put on around 10 lbs of muscle over the summer.

Workout in the morning so you have an excuse to sleep all day.
