Congratulations to Jennifer Andrews for receiving the August Athlete of the Month honors!! Jennifer brightens up the place every time she walks in the gym. At one time her good friend Jessica had to drag her here but now she comes on her own free will!! Jennifer made some significant changes in both diet and workout routine and it has paid off! If you root for Auburn on Fall Saturdays, you will get along great with her. Thank you Jennifer for trusting the process and sticking with a healthy diet and lifestyle change.

How long have you been with MTS?
I purchased a 1 month membership at Lost and Found fundraiser. I had no intention of staying at MTS past that 1st month but after that month I was
hooked. I have been with MTS since January 2018!!!
What’s your favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
Anything that Andy tells me will make me look better at the beach!!
What’s your least favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
The personal attention given to each client along with the flexibility to drop in and get an amazing personalized workout in. My schedule is so unpredictable and I love that I can go at 5 am, 5 pm or anytime in between!
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
I am in the best shape of my adult life!! I have lost 22 pounds and many inches. People are starting to notice the change!!
What’s your favorite cheat meal/snack?
Andy’s Frozen Custard – Ozark Turtle Sundae!
Advice to those just starting out?
Go for it!! You won’t regret it!!!
