What did you do before joining MTS in regards to working out?
Various work-out classes and traditional gym memberships – very inconsistent.

How long have you been with MTS?
3 months

What’s your favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
Squats!

What’s your least favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
Anything involving sliders 🙂

How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
Love the variety in workouts and ability to compete them at my own pace.

How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
Extremely welcoming and motivating – it’s been easy to make it part of my daily morning routine.

What’s your favorite cheat meal/snack?
Chinese food.

Advice to those just starting out?
Start with a buddy if possible – the accountability makes showing up even easier.

Hip thrusts.

What’s your least favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
I love it all.

How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
It’s a more challenging, full body workout.

How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
MTS is a great environment with great people, so I look forward to going every day.

What’s your favorite cheat meal/snack?
Andy’s Frozen Custard.

Advice to those just starting out?
Take you time and take breaks to make it thru the challenging work outs – it quickly gets easier.
