What did you do before joining MTS in regards to working out?
Stair master for an hour, 7 days per week for many years, resulting in knee arthroscopy.
How long have you been with MTS?
Two blissful years
What’s your favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
Anything with squats – For the money maker!!
What’s your least favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
Easy answer – Sled/bike combo (That Payton slaves us on Saturdays!!)
How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
The training that we undergo is quite tough but it builds endurance and targets the entire body. Everyday is a different routine and the trainers adjust to each person’s’ needs, particularly to injuries and health concerns.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
They have helped strengthen and toned my problem areas. Still lots of work so I keep coming back!!!

Advice to those just starting out?
Consistency is the key for the body to adapt more quickly. For women, having the correct form rather than going heavy.
