How long have you been with MTS:
Less than a year.
What’s your favorite workout at MTS?
All workouts are challenging and rewarding. Push ups and bench press are probably my favorite exercises.
What’s your least favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
Stationary bike, look easy, no so much.
How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
They keep my accountable and help push me to do “my” best with good form.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
I have been seeing wonderful results going five days a week. Consistency. Challenging workouts.
Favorite Cheat Meal or Snack?
Pot roast with mash potatoes and gravy, enchiladas, deep dish pizza, fried chicken, bacon cheese burger.
Advise to those starting out?
Be consistent, give it your all and don’t give up.
