The variety of different muscle groups worked everyday. The accountability of a great network of people working out. They are very knowledgable on nutrition as well.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
The patience & knowledge of the trainers keeping you from getting in jured & pushing your limits. They have also helped me keep exercising during travel.
