How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
The structured programs that tell you exactly what to do for a complete total body workout.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
The great staff that encourages cardio work and other exercises that I definitely dislike but have improved on.
Favorite Cheat Meal or Snack?
All of them!!!
Advise to those starting out?
Results don’t come overnight or within a week or month. Give it time, put in the work and the results will come!

The workout programs actually work!!
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
Encourages consistency and accountability. The trainers encourage you to push yourself and contact you when you don’t show up.
Favorite Cheat Meal or Snack?
Pizza.
Advise to those starting out?
Stick with it!! It gets easier and you won’t recognize the person that started!!

Who doesn’t love chest and arms Friday?

Lunges and sled pulls
How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
When I do traditional workouts, it doesn’t feel like I’m doing anything. I don’t sweat versus a MTS workout. I know my heart rate is up and I feel like I’ve done something beneficial.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
My goal is to lift more than Timmy! I am the strongest I have ever been in my life in every aspect of health. Tis is due to the total body workouts and variation of workouts that it never feel monotonous. Great encouragement from the trainers and getting me out of my comfort zone.
Favorite Cheat Meal or Snack?
Galloway Grill!!
Advise to those starting out?
Stick it out. The first few times are rough!! List to the trainers. Each on of them is a huge asset and are there to help you.
