Chuck – None. Drank beer.
Steve – Bounced around going to different trainers.

Chuck – 9 years
Steve – Since 2003
What’s your favorite workout at MTS?
Chuck – Jump rope & burpies
Steve – Fridays/Curls 10×10
What’s your least favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
Chuck – Running
Steve – Anything connected to burpies or Turkish get ups.
How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
Chuck – All areas get a workout.
Steve – Programming. Workouts are totally different every day.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
Chuck – I feel great and all my health numbers are great.
Steve – Leg strength added yardage to all clubs on golf course. Maintained waist – trying to avoid the “truck driver” physique.
Favorite Cheat Meal or Snack?
Chuck – V/O & Diet 7UP
Steve – Pizza
Advise to those starting out?
Chuck – Get someone to commit to workout with you and you will push each other to stay with it.
Steve – Fitness is a lifestyle choice. It is not an event. Consider it a process or a journey. Set realistic goals & expectations. It did not take a week to get out of shape, so don’t expect to be back in shape in a week.
